We are Continuously producing Precision Injection Moulds for Engineering, Electronics, Medical & Define sectors.

We have developed Precision Injection Moulds for Different Kinds of Plastic materials like Abs, Poly Carbonate, Nylon, Delrin, Ultem, Zytel, PP, PVC, etc… Transfer moulds for rubber components like Neoprene, Silicone, Hi-nitrile, etc.

Engineering:

Our Qualified engineering staff is very active in developing the injection moulds and moulded parts processes to assist with our customers'  well success. The team has a broad range of experience in all facets of tooling, injection molding, automation and secondary operations of parts.

The Engineers are responsible for establishing part and tool design criteria, as well as monitoring our customers' business conditions. They provide assistance or suggestions for improving product quality, establishing cost reductions and developing new products.

Prototype (Soft Tooling):

Before proceeding for Production tooling after Design of your Product, there is a way to save your Time & Investment for your Real-product. Just make soft tooling to see your real-product and if there is any changes in your product, there is a chance to make changes and Confidently can Proceed for Production tooling.

We give shapes to your designs or ideas in to your dream products in the worth, Commitment and gainful manners by keeping Standard Mould bases for Quick Prototype development. This means you need to pay for Only core-cavity setup & accessories. Other base parts are will be in our stock for Quick developments.

We use loose type, Interchangeable inserts instead of using sidecores, angular lifters for undercuts, snap profiles, threads..etc... Usually we select C-45 steels for core-cavity sets.

Also, we have another technique for Prototyping called as Rapid Prototyping (SLA & SLS) facility for more quick product developments. For this we need 3D models if you have or we can support you for your Product design and we build your dream Product in this technique.

Production Tooling:

Sir Sai Technologies has gained well experience for Delivering Precision injection moulds & components to the Quality Minded People from past four years. We have well experienced tool makers with Good coordination between Design team and Operational team. This will help us to understand customer requirements through design team and can deliver the Moulds or parts to the required quality within the time limit.

We usually consider P20 materials for the core-cavity-inserts for Higher Productions. Sometimes we also select HDS, Stavax, En31, En24 materials depending on customer desire. It can be both Heat treated and Nitrided in different kinds of methods depends on the selection of the steels. With our highly skilled toolmakers and design staff, we can take your product from concept to Design, Prototyping, Soft Tooling, Production Tooling, all the way through production.

We serve a wide range of industries with many different types of thermoplastic resins, including filled and engineering grades Materials like ABS, Polycarbonate, Polyurathene, Nylon resins, Delrin, Ultem.etc.. We offer several specialty applications insert moulding, metal to plastic conversion, Clean room moulding, Shot runs (low volumes). Our Injection Moulding machines Range from 30 tons to 250 tons with shot weight from 10gms to 520gms.
